Spaetzle Fruit Salad

Spaetzle Fruit Salad


  1. Cook the Spaetzle according to the packet instructions. When the pasta is cooked, drain in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  2. Squeeze the oranges.
  3. Wash, zest and squeeze the lime.
  4. Wash the other fruits and chop into small pieces.
  5. Chop the nuts.
  6. Mix everything together and enjoy!

Ingredients [4 Servings]

  • 10.5 oz Spaetzle
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lime seasonal fruits (e.g. apple, pear, pineapple, apricots, grapes)
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 2 tbsp raisins
