The Fusilli and Spaghetti are made from 70 % organic corn flour and 30 % organic rice flour. The Penne is made from 100 % organic brown rice flour. The nutty taste and the dark color of the 100 % Buckwheat Fusilli and Spaghetti bring variety to the gluten free range. Organic gluten free pasta is certified to EU Organic Standards and DZG (German Coeliac Assosiation).
